Leaving China chasing future in the US, my lifestyle has changed a lot. I used to be and am still a shy person afraid of talking to people. Meanwhile, my weight bothers me a lot since my childhood, and it’s not good for mental and physical health as well. Last but not least, I’m a big fan of table tennis, and I started playing table tennis when I was 10 years old. However, I never got a chance to play with high-level players, which is always my dream. Therefore, I finally decided to make a bucket list with some challenges to strengthen myself and gain more confidence along the way.

Challenges:

  1. Attending 5 large social events and talk to at least 40 people;
  2. 5 miles run;
  3. 1500 meters swimming (freestyle);
  4. losing weight to 90 kg before my birthday May 18th, 2019
  5. Quick reading whole BIBLE in 2 months
